Client Success Manager
You own the client relationship end to end, and you run the campaigns behind it. You are accountable for retention, for the client understanding their numbers, and for making sure the campaign strategy turns into signed clients and revenue on their side.
What good looks like. Clients know their numbers, know what is coming next, and are never surprised. Issues are raised internally before the client raises them.

- Run the weekly and monthly reporting rhythm for every account you look after.
- Manage and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns with the wider team: budgets, audiences, creative rotation.
- Keep PixelRush HQ accurate: lead statuses, sale values, ad spend and notes.
- Work out whether a problem is lead quality or lead handling, and bring in the right specialist.
- Coach clients on follow-up speed, qualification and close rate.
- Raise retention risks early, before the client has to.
What you'll need
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with numbers, dashboards and reading a funnel end to end.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Able to hold a firm, friendly conversation about lead follow-up and close rates.

- Client retention
- Lead feedback rate (target 50% or higher)
- Client close rate, month on month
- Reporting delivered on time, every cycle
